Hey, apologies if this is incorrect, but did you ever put out a PDF of printable cards that use the Juice oracle system?
I was trying to find a way to have the cards tell me Ironsworn results in place of dice, but the method I used didn't account for assets or momentum properly.
The Y/N answers at the top didn't really account for advantage/disadvantage, though that can be somewhat solved by drawing two cards.
The icons in the middle have duplicates and are not evenly distributed.
There is no name generator! Which I have found is a must-have.
The 5e DCs are way off, I found they are too high.
The dice rolls at the bottom didn't have a fate roll (+/0/-), even though Juice relies heavily on that.
I might revisit making a card set again in the future, but I think some of the complex tables in the pocketfold just won't translate well.
Understood. I really dig the answers at the top. I haven't run into any duplicates of the icons, but I haven't been using them too often. A name generator would be useful for sure! I don't use the DCs or the dice rolls, but I'm happy they're there! I hope you revisit the cards and refine them. They're the most useful cards for solo play I've come across! Better than the Mythic GME deck, all the GMA decks, and the Encounter Builder decks as well.
You should! The cards are great!
Do you mean things missing from the cards? or the pocketfold? I'm not an expert on the pocket fold so forgive me if these ideas are redundant in any way. But for the cards I'd love to see NPC motivations, an adventure prompt string (I'm thinking something along the lines of drawing four cards to fill in the blanks of "A blank sends you to get a blank from the blank and blank is trying to stop you."), location identification and descriptions (in addition to the regular description text), sense prompts (like in the GMAs, smell, sound, sight, touch, taste). For what it's worth I do not like the names on the GMA cards and NEVER use them.
