The Weeny Issi Rally is a rally-oriented, compact SUV featured in Grand Theft Auto Online as part of the continuation of the Los Santos Drug Wars update, released on January 26, 2023, during the Issi Rally Week event.

The Issi Rally is largely based on the Mini John Cooper Works WRC, the rally variant of the Mini Countryman.
The vehicle appears as a modern, four-door derivative of the Issi and the Issi Sport, sharing the distinctively compact profile and styling cues (albeit still unique in terms of details). The front bumper features a plastic extended/splitter at the bottom with protruding sections on the edges, along with a mesh intake on the centre and plastic housings beside it, with circular high-beam lamps on them. On the upper area, the car's main grille is situated on the centre and features horizontal and vertical elements on it and the manufacturer emblem on the lower left corner, while small intakes can be seen beside it. The outer edges have plastic housings with circular headlamps, separated into dual main lamps on an almost vertical positioning and turn blinkers on the innermost sides. The bonnet area bears rounded shapes around the headlight areas and a slightly protruding centre with a narrow intake. The bonnet lid opens to reveal the engine bay, which has plastic panelling around the frontal and rear areas, as well as additional body panels beneath and openings with plastic trim for the headlamps.
The sides of the car are distinguished by the plastic trim on the wheels arches and wheelbase, along with plastic vents on the front fenders and openings on the side skirts. The car also features black horizontal door handles and painted mirror shells, while "ISSI RALLY" badges can be seen on the front doors. The glasshouse area is predominated by the plastic finish around the windows and on the pillars, supporting a painted roof panel with two plastic luggage rails and a single roof vortex generator/fin onnthe rearmost area. A small spoiler is mounted by default.
The rear end is mostly occupied by the boot/rear compartment door, which has a dedicated section for the number plate, the "WEENY" lettering embossed above and a plastic strip below, while the manufacturer emblem is seen on the passenger side. The outer edges also have plastic housings with modern tail lamps, consisting of large rectangular main units with turn blinkers on the upper side, reverse units on the middle, and brake units on the lower sides. The rear bumper has small exit ducts on the edges and two moldings for the exhaust tubes, as well as a plastic finish at the bottom and a dual diffuser on the centre. Should the player opt to upgrade the Issi Rally in Hao’s Special Works, a HSW badge will be present on the driver side of the boot/rear compartment door. The interior of the car reuses the same dial set and the "New SUV White" arrangement as the Granger 3600LX, albeit bearing the manufacturer emblem on the horn cap.
The car is painted with a primary colour on the bodywork, roof and details of the engine, and a secondary colour on the roof vortex generator/fin and the overstitches of the interior. Although not accessible, a trim colour is also available for the custom seats in the "Tuner Seats" and "Race Setup" options, which is set to black in purchased examples. It uses a set of rims identical to the "Concave Racer" Street rims available in Los Santos Customs and other mod shops, wrapped in low-profile tyres. The rims can also support a dedicated colour, although only naturally-generated examples may have one.

The vehicle features an engine model similar to the Rebla GTS and the Cypher (though smaller in size), coupled to a 7-speed gearbox in a front engine, all wheel drive layout. It shares the high-revving and loud sound from the Monroe and the Kuruma.

- In Grand Theft Auto Online, the default radio stations are grouped by genre. The Issi Rally uses the "Dance" group which can play:

Oversights[]
Grand Theft Auto Online[]
- The "Roof Box" modifications have the badge texture set on either side, also appearing to have cut/missing details around.
- The "Race Hood" option has a small spot near the left vent, which may display odd details when a livery is applied. This is likely a minor modelling oversight, and does not seem to happen with its variation with the mounted fog lamps.
- Unlike other HSW vehicles, the Issi Rally only includes the HSW Racing livery.
- This was fixed with the San Andreas Mercenaries update, which added the HSW Elite livery.
