Bicycle Parking

This HIA Coin is found in a Bicycle located in between where your car's parked and the Newsstand. If you can't find it, you can simply teleport to the Newsstand and look behind you.

This HIA Coin is found in an Advert in front of the 141 Convenience Store. You can just teleport there and look behind you to get this coin.

Playground

This HIA Coin is found in a Broken Toy inside the playground. Since you can't teleport here, you'll need to go to Coff Cafe and walk to the left until you see stairs that will lead you to the playground.

HIA Building

This HIA Coin is given by Lilac just outside the HIA Building. You find her by simply teleporting to the Pedestrian Area and walking to the fourth flag.

Lumina Galleria Statue

This HIA Coin is given by Belf at Lumina Galleria. After talking to her, talk to Grandpa Luke and Aunt Sophie near Gravity Cinema. Afterwards, return to Belf to get the HIA coin.

Lumina Galleria Sidewalk

This HIA Coin is given by the Relaxed Schoolgirl at Lumina Galleria. After talking to her, listen in to Mia, Belf, and Si Yue's conversation then report back to the Relaxed Schoolgirl to receive the HIA coin.
