The Soup Kitchen evidence is located in the Crimson Dawn District's Restricted Area in Mirogana, Toshara. Specifically, the evidence is inside a room where the Crimson Dawn Vault is also located. Use Nix to turn off the fan so you can access the room that contains the Soup Kitchen evidence.
The following section is if you are having a hard time sneaking through the Crimson Dawn's territory due to not having a good reputation with them.
| 1 | Investigate the Soup Kitchen |

 After completing the Market Trader, head over to the Crimson Dawn District in Mirogana, Toshara. If you have kept a good reputation with the Crimson Dawn, they will let you through. Otherwise, you will have to sneak your way in using a vent nearby. You can skip steps 2 to 4 of this walkthrough if you have a good reputation with the Crimson Dawn since you only need to sneak once you are inside the district's Restricted Area. |

| 2 | Defeat the Crimson Dawn Guards |
 Once you are inside the Crimson Dawn District, you will encounter two Crimson Dawn guards as shown above. Take down Guard 1 first before the second one. To takedown Guard 2, use Nix to distract them and then sneak behind Guard 2 to perform a silent and swift takedown. |

| 3 | Defeat the Guard on the Bridge |
 After taking down the guards in step 2, takedown Guard 3 on top of a bridge. Climb up the metallic structure to Kay's left to reach the Crimson Dawn Guard. |

| 4 | Go to Restricted Area |
 After defeating the guard in step 3, go down the bridge and sneak your way inside the Restricted Area by following the path shown above. Make sure not to alert the guards by crouching and even dodging when needed. |

| 5 | Take Down a Guard in the Restricted Area |
 Once you are inside the Restricted Area, sneak up on the Crimson Dawn guard north of the area and take them out. |

| 6 | Head for the Fan |
 Head for the fan at the left side of the hangar and command Nix to hold down the lever for you to pass through. |
|
| 7 | Find the Counterfeit Credits |
 You will see a stash of Counterfeit Credits hidden behind the end of the table near the ladder. After interacting with it, choose to either Warn Crimson Dawn or Tell the Pykes. The Soup Kitchen and the Counterfeit Credits Intel Chain ends after talking to the NPC involved in the choice that you made. |
After selling any item to Hen Puon, the Market Trader, during Counterfeit Credits, you will then unlock Soup Kitchen!
