Jack, also known as The Cactus King, is the manager and head DJ of the KAKTS Radio Criminal Venture. People in Santo Ileso know him for being a legendary disc jockey, but he also has expertise in interfering with cell transmissions and blocking cellphone calls.

Jack is the manager and head DJ of KAKTS Radio, one of the largest and most powerful radio stations in Santo Ileso.

In the game, this place is an unlockable Criminal Venture where Jack asks you to call out each enemy faction so that he can track and jam their radio towers and prevent their calls for backup.

Like other Venture owners and managers, Jack has no direct role in the Main Story of Saints Row. In the game, his role is to provide you with missions for the KAKTS Radio Criminal Venture.

However, KAKTS Radio is part of the 15 Ventures needed to finish the story, so you will have to fight each enemy faction and jam their radio towers with Jack to reach the end of the game.
