・Pictomancers specialise in abilities that negatively affect enemy stat-otherwise known as 'debuffs'.
・They can also turn these aboities on themselves, in which case they have a reinforcing effect instead. ・By combining both aspects, a pictomancer can weaken others, strengthen themselves, and deal big damage into the bargain. |

The Pictomancer's main role is applying debuffs to enemies. They might not be the most usable character when it comes to fighting normal enemies but debuffing the strongest monsters allows you a fighting chance!
While debuffing is the Pictomancer's main focus, that doesn't mean that it can only use debuffs in itself. The Pictomancer can use powerful light elemental and shadow elemental attacks so once the enemies got weakened, unleash a suprise burst to defeat them in one fell swoop!

Sub-Job BP Saver | Support | 1 Slot | 9 | The BP cost of using sub-job abilities is reduced by one. |

Scuro | Command | 60 MP | 11 | Perform a powerful dark magic attack on a target. |
Convert MP | Support | 1 Slot | 12 | Taking damage will cause the user's MP to be restored by a proportional amount. |
Dirty Fighter | Support | 1 Slot | 13 | The more status ailments a target is afflicted with, the more damage is inflicted when attacking that target. |
Brush with Death | Command | 23 MP | 14 | Attempt to inflict the doom ailment on a target. If the target is immune to doom or instant death attacks, they will receive a set amount of magical damage instead. |
Mass Production | Command | 70 MP | 15 | For three turns, the user's Artistry abilities can be applied to multiple targets. |
A godly skill for tank classes. Tanking skills also requier MP, with this ability, they become a permant immovable fortress with no counterplay.
An ability that makes great sub-Job classes like the Freelancer and Berserker even better! No more need to spend those 1 BP to unleash those strong attacks!
Perhaps, the first source of Light and Dark damage you'll get normally (aside from the Beastmaster's massive array of monster moves). There are several foes that are weak to these elements so learning these two moves can prove beneficial for your magic based classes.

The last boss of Chapter 2 and is the bearer of the Pictomancer Asterisk. Defeat her and survive her light and dark attacks to claim the Pictomancer Asterisk as your own!
Debuffs for your enemies and buffs for your allies? What else would you want? The Pictomancer is a weak class so adding a Sub-Job that doesn't rely on dealing damage is a great choice for the Pictomancer.
