Smouldering Thrust is a skill that appears exclusively in Dragon Quest Tact. It delivers a forward thrust attack imbued with the power of heat, damaging any enemies in front of the user.

Smouldering Thrust is known naturally by Debora at level 1, can be learned by Killer gila at level 24, and costs 20 MP to use. It inflicts 160% potency Sizz-type physical damage to all enemies in a range of two squares in front of the user. It can be taught to any unit using an ability scroll, which can be received as a reward for completing the seventh stage of Mjoll and Pankraz Gotha's Battle Roads.
