Sis Bunny is the sister of Br'er Rabbit in the Uncle Remus comic strips.

Br'er Rabbit was sick and got a visit from Doc Crane, and tried to cure him, but Br'er Rabbit got tired of it, and claims that no one came to visit him. So then, he wrote a letter to his sister to see if she could come visit him. Later, Sis Bunny arrived at his place and brought her children to cheer Br'er Rabbit up.
