Trivia[]
- To avoid confusion with actor Michael Douglas, he chose the name "Keaton" as a tribute to legendary actor Buster Keaton.
- He was, at one point, considered to voice Buzz Lightyear in the first Toy Story film (along with several other actors), but the role was eventually given to Tim Allen.[2]
- Ironically enough, he would later voice a fellow Toy Story character, with that being the franchise's version of Ken from Mattel's Barbie toy line-up who originated in Toy Story 3.
