April Terri Winchell is an American actress, voice actress, screenwriter, radio host, and commentator. She has done several voice roles for Disney, such as Peg Pete in Goof Troop, Ms. Finster in Recess, Lydia Pearson in Pepper Ann, and Sylvia in the Disney Channel/Disney XD animated series Wander Over Yonder. She also provided the voice of Black Heron in the 2017 DuckTales reboot series, and is the current voices of Clarabelle Cow and the Queen of Hearts.
Winchell is the daughter of actor and comedian Paul Winchell, who was also a voice actor for several Disney characters, including Tigger in the Winnie the Pooh franchise. Her earliest known role is as the voice of Connie in the Rankin/Bass series Kid Power. This led to work not only for Disney, but for other major animation studios such as Warner Bros., Hanna-Barbera, and Nickelodeon in animated films and television shows. Aside from voice acting, she has also worked as a casting and dialogue director, a punch writer for Recess: School's Out, and wrote three episodes of the ABC sitcom Roseanne.

- Winchell stated on Rob Paulsen's Talkin' Toons that she is not a fan of Hank Azaria, due to a bad encounter with him, and was further incensed over him playing Gargamel in the live-action Smurfs films due to the role having originated from her father, Paul Winchell.
