You're struggling with IT ticket resolution times. How can you boost operational efficiency?
If a team is struggling with efficiency, consider asking the team members who handle tickets about the tools, knowledge, or support they need. Consult high performers to understand what makes them successful, and inquire with lower performers about their requirements. Moreover, it’s essential to recognise that efficiency isn’t solely about processes, methodologies, or tools. As a Team Lead or Manager, take time for self-reflection. Consider your contributions to fostering a high-performing team and a supportive organisational culture.

Depending on the level of disagreement. I’ve often found that it’s: A failure to recognize, celebrate and leverage individuals strengths and weaknesses. Or Communication about work, priorities of work and reasons of work is lacking. Or Factors that influence motivations (a long list) are not being met

I was fortunate enough to become a model in the 2016 Firefighter Calendar, This calendar supports a number of different organizations including Mates4Mates and Children's Hospital Foundation. My role was to promote the calendar at a range of charity events throughout Queensland.
