"Spring Pageant" is an outtake from the Frozen Soundtrack. In a lot of the earlier versions of Frozen, likely a version prior to Elsa's character being rewritten, there was this prophecy about Arendelle having a "ruler with a frozen heart" and the kingdom would suffer in eternal winter. It was the song writers' (Kristen Anderson-Lopez & Robert Lopez) job to introduce the prophecy and they did so by writing in a rehearsal for a children's pageant run by "an uptight and snooty school play director".
The song can be heard in the Frozen Deluxe Edition Sountrack sung by the song writers' and their children.
