The "
O.W.C.A. Files " is a one-hour long stand-alone special that aired on
Disney XD on
November 9 ,
2015 , nearly five months after the
Phineas and Ferb fourth season finale "
Last Day of Summer ".
An evil mastermind, who goes by the name of Professor Parenthesis, takes over O.W.C.A.'s secret headquarters by mind-controlling all of the agency's animal agents. With no other agent to stop this dastardly villain, and Major Monogram and Carl trapped inside, it's up to Perry the Platypus , along with a group of trainees (Harry the Hyena, Maggie the Macaw, Karen the Cat, and Heinz Doofenshmirtz ) to stop Parenthesis before he releases the mind-controlled agents out of headquarters, and takeover the world.
Meanwhile, the Bug Trio (Napoleon, Wendell, and Floyd) continue their mission in trying to be noticed by the human race by becoming O.W.C.A.'s first bug agents.
Synopsis [ ] When an attack on the O.W.C.A. incapacitates the animal agents, only Agent P and his animal trainees can save the day. Carl and Monogram fend for themselves.
