James Ethan "Jim" Breuer is an American actor, stand-up comedian, and television/radio host. He is best known for being a cast member on the NBC sketch comedy and variety show Saturday Night Live (1995-1998), and for portraying Brian in the 1998 stoner comedy film Half Baked. He was also a regular on The Howard Stern Show, The Opie & Anthony Show, and is the host of his online radio service called Sirius Satellite Radio. Additionally, he voiced Spike the Crow in Zookeeper.
For Disney, he mainly voiced Tooley in the Disney Channel/Disney XD animated series Motorcity. He also guest-starred as himself in the Liv and Maddie episode "Big Break-a-Rooney". Additionally, he guest-starred in ABC sitcoms, such as Home Improvement and Buddies.
