Francesca Marie Smith is an American actress, voice actress, and writer, who is best known for providing the voice of Helga Pataki in Nickelodeon's Hey Arnold!.
For Disney, she has provided the voice for one of the Female Ants in the 1998 Disney/Pixar film A Bug's Life, Ashley B, Upside-Down Girl, and Swinger Girl in Disney Channel's Recess, and guest-starred as Penny in an episode of Fillmore! and Amber Dearly in 101 Dalmatians: The Series. She also did voices for Pepper Ann and Lloyd in Space.
Other voiceover work she has done includes Daisy-Head Mayzie, The Prince of Egypt, and animated shows, like Itsy Bitsy Spider, Beethoven, The Secret World of Alex Mack, The New Batman Adventures, VeggieTales, and The Zeta Project. Smith has also appeared in live-action shows, like The Amanda show, Two of a Kind, The Drew Carey Show, and Blossom, as well as wrote episodes of Subway Surfers: The Series.
