David Oyelowo

David Oyetokunbo Oyelowo, OBE is an British-American actor and producer, who has appeared in many different films and television shows.

His highest-profile role to date was as Martin Luther King Jr. in the 2014 biographical drama film Selma. He also appeared A United Kingdom, Rise of the Planet of the Apes, Jack Reacher, and The Butler. On television, he played Danny Hunter on the British drama series Spooks and Javert in the BBC miniseries Les Misérables.

For Disney, he voiced Agent Kallus in the Disney XD animated series Star Wars Rebels and Scar in the second season of The Lion Guard (replacing Jeremy Irons)^[1]. He also played Robert Katende in Queen of Katwe, It in A Wrinkle in Time, Preacher Green in The Help, and Ira Clark in Lincoln.
