Faran Tahir

Faran Haroon Tahir is a Pakistani-American film and television actor, who played the role of Nathoo (his very first movie role) in Disney's 1994 live-action movie Rudyard Kipling's The Jungle Book. He also played Rhys Bashir in the ABC TV show American Crime and President Rashad in Scandal. Additionally, he portrayed Raza in the 2008 Marvel Studios film Iron Man and Captain Nemo for the sixth season of the ABC series Once Upon a Time.
