Bruce Harold Broughton is an American orchestral composer of television, film, and video game scores and concert works. He has composed several highly acclaimed soundtracks over his extensive career, and he has won nine Emmy Awards and has been nominated for an Academy Award for Best Original Score. Broughton is currently a lecturer in composition at the UCLA.

For Disney, he composed the scores for two of the three Roger Rabbit shorts, The Rescuers Down Under, Homeward Bound: The Incredible Journey, Homeward Bound II: Lost in San Francisco, Mickey, Donald, Goofy: The Three Musketeers, Bambi II, Eloise at the Plaza, and Eloise at Christmastime. For Fantasia 2000, he would conduct the music for the "Rhapsody in Blue" sequence.

He also has provided scores for many Disney Parks attractions, including The Making of Me, The Timekeeper, Ellen's Energy Adventure, Honey, I Shrunk the Audience, Golden Dreams, Seasons of the Vine, CinéMagique, the 2007 version of Spaceship Earth, and Soarin' Around the World.
