The objective of this contribution may be described in the following manner. Let us consider a composite material made of n\(+1\) pure isotropic components (with dielectric coefficients \(\epsilon_ 1,...,\epsilon_{n+1}\) respectively) that completely fills the volume of a large parallel plate condensor. Under appropriate boundary conditions bounds on the bulk effective dielectric coefficient \(\epsilon_ e\) are given. Both a two-component composite and a composite with more than two components are investigated in the real and complex cases.
The paper will surely appeal to physically oriented researchers searching for effective properties of composite dielectric materials.
