Erratum to: “On the complete intersection conjecture of Murthy”. (English) Zbl 1374.13028
Summary: This is an erratum to [the author, J. Algebra 458, 156–170 (2016; Zbl 1358.13022)] and, as well, to [J. Fasel, Ann. Math. (2) 184, No. 1, 315–331 (2016; Zbl 1372.13014)]. This article provides examples to indicate inconsistencies, in [the author, loc. cit.; Fasel, loc. cit.].
