From the text: The proof of Theorem 1.1 in the published version of [the author, ibid. 1, No. 2, 239–397 (2013; Zbl 1296.53051)] has an error that was discovered by Thomas Walpulski shortly after the publication of the article. As a result of this error, certain assertions in Theorem 1.1 from [Zbl 1296.53051] can not be said to be proved.
