Stochastic HIV-1 infection model with varying coefficients and time delay. (English) Zbl 1374.92105
Summary: In this paper, a stochastic HIV-1 infection model with varying coefficients and time delay is proposed. It is proved that there exists a unique globally positive solution. Sufficient conditions for the asymptotic stability of the infection-free equilibrium are given.
