Three-dimensional simulation of ultrarelativistic charged beams dynamics: study of initial and boundary conditions. (Russian. English summary) Zbl 1274.78016
Mathematical modeling of a complete 3D dynamics of a charged beam in accelerators of the new generation leads to large gradient values of electromagnetic fields and as a consequence it is necessary to find more accurate initial and boundary conditions. Here, some new methods are proposed to calculate the initial and boundary conditions. The author gives an analysis of the proposed methods and a comparison with known methods.
