Applications of method of weighted residuals to problems with semi-infinite domain. (English) Zbl 1231.65127
Summary: The method of weighted residuals is used to solve some problems involving boundary condition at infinity. The partition method is used to minimize
the residuals. The solution procedure is very suitable for the type of infinite domain problems considered and the results are of high accuracy.
