Summary: We recall some of the basic definitions and main properties on offsets to algebraic plane curve, as well as an algorithm for parametrizing the genus zero components of an offset. In addition, we present a brief atlas where the offset of several algebraic plane curves are obtained, its rationality analyzed, and parametrizations are provided.
