The generalized dressing method with applications to the integration of variable-coefficient Toda equations. (English) Zbl 1196.35181
A generalization of a the so called “dressing method” for solving differential equations of mathematical physics is offered. As an example the explicit solutions of variable-coefficient Toda equation is considered.
