A small polyhedral \(\mathbb{Z}\)-acyclic 2-complex in \(\mathbb{R}^4\). (English) Zbl 1185.52014
Summary: We present a 4-dimensional polyhedral realization of a 2-dimensional \(\mathbb{Z}\)-acyclic but non-contractible simplicial complex with 23 vertices.
