Summary: The logistic distribution system optimal model of a chain retailing enterprise composed of one region distribution center, multiple city distribution centers and retailers with demand uncertainty is studied. The independent decision models and joint decision model about retailer location and distribution network design are developed, respectively, and the corresponding solving methods are given, simultaneously. A coordination mechanism based on Lagrangian relaxation and sub-gradient algorithm is constructed to realize the joint decision. Finally, the computational results show that the joint decision model and the coordination mechanism are effective and efficient.
