Control processes with distributed parameters in unbounded sets. Controllability with variable initial locus. (Italian) Zbl 1150.93003

The paper considers the controllability of a class of distributed parameter linear systems in unbounded sets. The evolution is meant from a given initial state to be attained on the variable initial locus, towards an arbitrary final state to be attained on the fixed final locus. Necessary and sufficient conditions are formulated for the characterization of both exact and approximate controllability. The performance of these two types of controllability is studied with respect to changes of the fixed final locus.
