Summary: The authors consider a predator-prey system with stage-structure for prey, where the predators predate immature prey only. The positivity and boundedness of solutions and the asymptotic stability of the equilibrium are firstly discussed. Then uniformly persistent sufficient conditions for uniform persistence of the populations are derived.
