Shot noise for electron pairs with Rashba interactions. (English) Zbl 1130.82350

Summary: We study shot noise for electron pairs in a 4-lead beam-splitter with each incoming lead driven by a Rashba interaction. The Rashba phases modify the symmetry of the spin part of the wavefunction. Hence, intermediate degrees of bunching and antibunching can be induced.
