The authors study the problem on the viscoelastoplastic behavior of discretely stiffened shell under axisymmetric nonstationary loading. Motion equations are presented and an algorithm of numerical solution is described. Nonstationary behavior of rigidly fixed stiffened shell under axisymmetric impulse loading normal with respect to the shell surface is considered as an example.
