On the equation of motion for a fast moving small object in the strong field point particle limit. (English) Zbl 1112.83012
The equation of motion for a small object in an arbitrary background is derived using the strong field point particle limit. The result is shown to be a generalized geodesic for a non-rotating spherical object, which is in agreement with previous results.
