Summary: We introduce the notion of asymptotic inductive dimension aaInd \(X\) for metric spaces \(X\) and establish connections between aaInd \(X\), Gromov’s asymptotic dimension aadim \(X\) and the inductive dimension of the Higson corona Ind \(\nu X\).
