The authors investigate the existence of solutions for first- and second-order impulsive neutral functional-differential inclusions with variable times, by using Martelli’s fixed-point theorem for condensing multivalued maps. The results of M. Benchohra, J. Henderson and S.K. Ntouyas [Comput. Math. Appl. 42, 1303-1310 (2001; Zbl 1005.34069); Appl. Anal. 80, No.3-4, 353-365 (2001; Zbl 1031.34079) and Appl. Math. Lett. 15, No.8, 917-924 (2002; Zbl 1219.34097)] are extended.
