Phase-averaged transport for quasi-periodic Hamiltonians. (English) Zbl 1014.82021
In the paper a lower bound on the diffusion exponents of a class of quasi-periodic Hamiltonians in terms of the multifractal dimensions of their density of states is obtained. The result is obtained exploiting suitable covariance properties of the Hamiltonians and substantially improves previous results.
