This study presents an extension of the linear sampling method to electromagnetism. Both theory and numerical results are provided. It is concluded that one can determine the shape of an inhomogeneous 3-D scatterer from the knowledge of the incident wave and the far-field scattered wave with frequency in the resonance region. This work has strong interest in radar transmission with applications in aircraft industry.
