Summary: The basic theory of fuzzy reliability is applied to discuss the relations between fuzzy reliability, fuzzy failure rate and fuzzy mean time to failure for systems, and to establish a mathematical model of fuzzy reliability of series, parallel and series-parallel systems, when the fuzzy functional subset is one which is from the maximal functional subset to the minimal functional subset.
