A mathematical model for heat and mass transfer in unsaturated wet porous media considering effect of capillary hysteresis. (English) Zbl 0945.76083
Summary: Based on the transport mechanism of heat and mass transfer and by using the minimum gradient theory for unsaturated flows in capillary porous media, we develop a mathematical model for the title problem. Heat and mass transport properties in the derived differential equations are expressed explicitly, and can be studied both theoretically and experimentally.
