Stochastic correction to the semiclassical evolution of quantum wave packets. (English) Zbl 0933.60065
Summary: We represent the quantum evolution as a stochastic classical evolution. The deviation of the quantum wave packet from the classical trajectory is expressed by an expectation value of a functional dependent on the Brownian motion. On the basis of this expression we give a qualitative description of the wave packet dynamics.
