Summary: An applied problem of optimization of a part of a hospital budget for the payment of junior medical staff services is considered. The amount of engaged junior medical staff of different categories is taken as the optimization strategy. The problem is formulated in the form of a two-stage problem of quantile optimization in an a posteriori setting. A method for guaranteeing a solution for the problem is proposed.
