The author gives a classification of the \(\omega\)-limit and \(\alpha\)-limit sets of any leaf of a \(C^0\) orientable foliation \({\mathcal F}\) of an orientable open surface of finite genus \(g\). He also proves that \({\mathcal F}\) has at most \(g\) quasiminimals.
