Optimization in integral model of developing systems. (English) Zbl 0821.90027
Summary: The paper deals with an optimal control problem for an integral dynamical model with unknowns in the lower integral limits. The structure and asymptotic behavior of optimal trajectories are studied, especially, the turnpike properties are established.
