Some problems on perturbation. (English) Zbl 0814.34041
The authors show that for an almost periodic (a.p.) system with right hand sufficiently smooth, in any neighborhood of this system there exists another a.p. system having an a.p. solution such that the corresponding variational equation has an exponential dichotomy. Also a perturbation of an autonomous system with periodic solutions is considered such that the corresponding variational equation has only one zero characteristic exponent, and it is concluded that for sufficiently small perturbations the resultant system has an integral manifold. Unfortunately, the paper presents many idiomatic deficiencies.
