Graph bundles generalize the notion of covering graphs and (Cartesian) products of graphs. It is well known that in these special cases of graph bundles, graph eigenvalues of the composite graph (covering or product) are related to eigenvalues of the base graph. A generalization of these results to two-fold graph bundles is presented.
