A multi-type critical emigration branching process. (English) Zbl 0729.60078

A variety of limit theorems for a multitype branching process with critical emigration are obtained. These results are of two types: large time behaviour of moments of the population size of each type and large time behaviour of survival probabilities. The proofs rely on the application of Tauberian theorems and, mostly, on previous work by the author to which the reader is referred.
