This paper reviews a construction for Steiner triple systems originally presented in papers of Schreiber, Wilson and Quiring. These papers used the construction (which works for all admissible orders) to produce large sets of mutually disjoint Steiner triple systems under certain number theoretic conditions on the orders. The authors show that, under the same number theoretic conditions, the Steiner triple systems constructed are anti-Pasch (quadrilateral free). This enlarges the known spectrum for anti-Pasch triple systems.
