For a communications network that is treated as a network of queuing systems with nodes of four types and channel blocking, the author obtains sufficient existence conditions for a multiplicative solution for the state probabilities of the network, and indicates the explicit form of this solution. Sufficient existence conditions for a stationary mode in the network are obtained; it is established that the message streams exiting from the network in the stationary mode are elementary. An example of network design is given.
