Boundary value problems for a degenerate parabolic equation with nonlocal initial conditions. (Bulgarian. English, Russian summaries) Zbl 0602.35076
For the equation \(u_{x\bar x}((1+sign x)/2)u_ t=0\) in the domain \(\{\) (x,t): \(-\ell <x<0\), \(0\leq t<T\}\cup \{(x,t):\) \(0<x<\ell\), \(0<t\leq T\}\) some boundary problems are studied. The uniqueness and the existence of a solution are proved.
