The paper classifies the surfaces X which have the same Hilbert polynomial with respect to an ample line bundle H as a degree 4 surface S in \({\mathbb{P}}^ 3\), in the case that H has at least \(4=h^ 0(S,{\mathcal O}_ S(1))\) global sections.
